Payment Method:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, Cashier Check and PayPal.

If you choose PayPal as your payment, please pay to amy@aec-media.com. Please also provide us with your "Confirmed Shipping Address" which you have registered with paypal while submitting your payment, otherwise your order will be delayed by further verification. If you prefer to ship to a location different from your confirmed shipping address of paypal, please indicate your request in the note box.

Order Processing:

All products will be shipped within the next business day. A back-order notice will be sent to you immediately if any items are temporarily out of stock.

Shipping & Handling:

A shipping charge will be added to the order amounts, and will be shown right before the order form asks you for your credit card information.

Credit Card Purchase:

Please be assured that any on-line ordering information you submit will be transmitted to a secure site. Informaiton regarding you and your order will be kept confidential and used only to process your order. We verify the billing and shipping address. To expedite orders, the billing address should be the same as credit card statement billing address.

Non-Credit Card Purchase:

In order to pay by check, please select CHECK as your prefered method of payment. All checks must be drawn on a U.S. Bank (make checks payable to VigorGift). Allow 4 - 7 business days for check to be cleared.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must include the original receipt/packing slip and in the original packaging.

The sender must pay all shipping charges.

Unopened merchandise with all original packaging may be exchanged or returned for a full refund to your credit card.

Opened product will receive a Vigorgift.com merchandise credit or may be exchanged for another product.

No returns, exchanges or store credit are accepted on cosmetics or skin care items. All sales are final.

Product damaged in shipping will be exchanged immediately or a full refund will be issued as soon as the damaged product is received back at Vigorgift.com. You will be reimbursed for shipping charges.

All credit card refunds will be issued to the original card used to make the purchase.

Shipping Information

All orders are processed Monday thru Friday within 24 hours of receiving the orders. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

At this time, we do not ship an online order to international destinations and some U.S. territories. This policy may change in the future.

We offer three shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States: Standard, Second-day, and next-day.

STANDARD:

Delivery within 5-7 business days from when your package leaves our warehouse.

If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or some U.S. territories, the freight charge will be different.
Second-Day:

Expected Delivery within 2 business days from when your package leaves our warehouse.
